How to apply?
Simply send us an email to info@hertshemp.com and inform us that you would like to apply for a refund.
When we have received your request, we will email you the relevant refund application form. Print and complete the form. Send the completed form together with the remainder of the product back to the returns address stated on the return form. Refunds will be processed within 21 days after we received the return.
Terms & Conditions:
- Valid on all purchases made from hertshemp.com from 5th July 2017 to 15th July 2017, and is limited to new customers only.
- Refunds are limited to one product per person and are limited to one refund per household.
- Shipping cost is non refundable.
- Product must have been used as recommended and for a minimum of two weeks.
- Refunds needs to be requested by email no later than 31st July 2017.
- To be able to process a refund we must receive the completed refund request form and the remainder of the product - or the empty container - no later than 10th Aug 2017.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of the return, and should be sent by a postal or courier service that offers a delivery confirmation and tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
